Q: What is your warranty?

A: Our products carry a one year warranty against manufacturing defects. Normal wear or scratched lenses are not covered.

Q: What are shipping charges?

A: A flat rate of $7.50  is charged for all non-prescription ground U.S. orders that total less than $50.00.  Prescription orders totalling $50 or more ship for free via First Class Mail.  If you prefer Priority Mail for shipping the fee is $10.80.   If you require overnight shipping, please call and we will assist you.

Q: How long does it take to get my order?

A: Non-prescription products are shipped the next business day after ordering or sooner. Example: Orders placed on Monday afternoon will be shipped on Tuesday. Orders placed on Saturday will be shipped on Monday. (Orders placed weekdays by 2:00 p.m. EST will be shipped the same day.) In most cases your order will be delivered within two to three business days according to the US Postal Service. 

Prescription eyewear usually takes about 12-14 working days.  Mirror coatings take a few days longer because of the drying process.  If you have a RUSH, call us and we will try our best to help you.

Q:  Do you have GIFT CERTIFICATES?

Q: Do you ship outside the US?

A:  Sorry, but due to the ongoing problems with the Corona Virus and shipping delays , we no longer ship outside the USA unless it is to a Military Address. All    shipping is provided through the United States Postal Service. 6-14-20. updated

Q: What if I don’t like my purchase and I want a refund?

A: You may return the non-prescription item within 30 days after receipt of shipment of item in new, re-sellable condition. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Please refer to our POLICY page for specific instructions.

Q: What if I want to exchange my purchase for something else?

A: You may return the non-prescription item within 60 days after receipt of shipment of item in new, re-sellable condition. Shipping costs will be paid by the buyer. Please refer to our POLICY page for specific instructions.

Q: Can I try on frames before I place a prescription eyewear order?

A: Yes. Each prescription frame has an option listed for a try-on order. All you need to do is check it and your item will be put into your shopping cart. See our RX INFORMATION page for full details.

We strongly suggest that you scan and e-mail a copy of your prescription to us before placing your order.  We will be able to make sure that the values you enter are correct.  There are NO REFUNDS on custom prescription eyewear orders. The lab will discount 25% for re-do on customer/doctor error. If the lab makes an error, it will be correctedd at no charge, of course.

Q: Do I pay sales tax?

A: Only Florida residents will be charged a state sales tax of 7 percent on their non-prescription order.

 Q:  What if I have a High Power Prescription:

A.   Usually an upgrade to Digital Lenticular Lenses is necessary.   Digital upgrade is $40 and Lenticular lenses are an additional $19.50.  Call 888-879-0799 toll free            within  the USA for specific pricing.
